Not something dramatic. Just a quiet weight that doesn't really go away. The Sunday night worry. The overthinking before you speak. The feeling that you're doing everything right — and still something feels off.
You probably don't call it anxiety. You call it being careful. Being prepared. Just how you are.
You've done everything right. And it still feels off.
You feel trapped in your job, or stuck on a path that no longer feels like yours. You stay because leaving feels too risky, not because you want to.
You worry about whether you'll ever have enough financially, or feel resentful that your efforts never seem to translate into real security.
You tell yourself things will change, but somewhere deep down you don't quite believe it. The same thoughts circle back. The same patterns repeat.
You're either emotionally exhausted and numb, or easily triggered and reactive — sometimes both in the same week. You manage it. But you're tired of managing.
You've lost the thread of who you actually are beneath all the roles you play. You perform competence so consistently that even you have forgotten what you genuinely want.
None of this is your fault. Nobody taught you how to work with your own inner life. That's what we do together.
Why it feels stuck
The weight you carry is energy.
Everything you feel — the anxiety before a meeting, the Sunday dread, the numbness after years of doing what you're supposed to do — these aren't character flaws. They're energy patterns. And energy patterns can be understood, and shifted.
Based on the iPEC Energy Leadership framework, there are 7 levels of energy that shape how we experience our work and our lives. The lower levels — fear, frustration, resignation — drain us quietly from the inside. The higher levels — care, ownership, flow, purpose — expand us.
Most people stuck in the weight you're describing are running on catabolic energy — draining energy they've never been taught to recognise, let alone change.
1–2
Catabolic — Draining
Fear, helplessness, frustration, blame. Life feels like it's happening to you. This is where the Sunday dread lives.
3
Neutral — Coping
Functioning, managing, getting by. Stable on the outside. Quietly resigned on the inside. A lot of working professionals live here.
4–7
Anabolic — Expansive
Care, ownership, flow, purpose. Life feels like something you're actively creating. Work feels like expression, not performance.
The shift from catabolic to anabolic energy doesn't happen through more effort, better habits, or the right strategy. It happens through awareness — seeing clearly what's actually running underneath, and choosing something different. That's the work we do together.
How the work unfolds
Every shift begins with seeing clearly.
Before we can change where we're going, we need to understand where we are. Not the surface story — the actual energy underneath it. Here's how the journey typically begins.
1
Take the free Energy Assessment
35 questions across 5 areas of your life — Career, Money, Mindset, Emotions, and Self. In 6 minutes, you'll see exactly where your energy is draining and where it's already flowing. This becomes the map we work from.
2
One honest conversation
We meet for 60 minutes — online or in person in Singapore. We look at what's actually going on underneath your results. Not the situation on the surface, but the thoughts, feelings, and energy patterns running quietly in the background.
3
Something shifts
You leave with more clarity than you came with. A written note arrives the next day. A follow-up check-in two weeks later. And a different relationship with the weight you've been carrying — one built on understanding, not avoidance.
Step one — start here
Find out where you're truly stuck first.
Sometimes the hardest part is naming what's wrong. The free Energy Clarity Assessment reveals your energy profile across 5 areas of your life — and becomes the starting point for everything we work on together.
Online or in person in Singapore. In English or Mandarin — whichever feels more natural to you.
Here's how it works
○Before we meet, I'll send you a few simple questions — just enough to help you arrive with some clarity on what's been weighing on you
○In the session, we slow down together. We look at what's actually going on — not just the situation on the surface, but the energy underneath it
○I won't give you a plan. I won't tell you what to do. I'll walk alongside you until something becomes clearer than it was before
○The day after, I'll send you a short written note — the key thing that came up, so you have something to hold onto
○Two weeks later, a free 30-minute check-in — to see what's shifted
The guarantee
If you show up, do the reflection questions beforehand, and engage honestly — and you don't feel that something has genuinely shifted in how you see your situation — I will refund you in full. No awkward conversation. No conditions. Just a quiet and honest refund.
To be clear
What this isn't.
It's not therapy
It's not a system or a programme
It's not me giving you answers
It's a conversation with someone who has been where you are, and found a way to live differently.
The hesitations I hear most
Whatever's holding you back — let's name it.
"I'm not sure I'm ready."
You don't need to be ready. You just need to be honest. That's enough to start.
"I don't know what I'd even talk about."
Start with the assessment. It gives us both a clear picture of where you are. You don't need to arrive with clarity — arriving with confusion is fine. That's actually where the work begins.
"What if it doesn't work for me?"
That's what the guarantee is for. Show up honestly, and if nothing shifts, you pay nothing.
"Is this the right time?"
It probably never feels like the right time. That's part of what we'd talk about.
Who I am
My story, briefly.
I grew up in Penang and moved to Singapore over 15 years ago. For a long time, my career was my identity. I grew up in a household where staying alert felt safer than being calm — and that wiring followed me into adulthood. Into the decisions I couldn't make. Into the job I stayed in too long. Into burnout. Into grief.
Somewhere in that mess I started doing the real work. Not the productivity work. Not the career work. The inner work. Five years of slowly learning to understand what was actually going on inside me — the energy patterns I'd been running on unconsciously — instead of just trying to outrun them.
That journey led me to become a certified coach. I trained with iPEC — one of the most respected coach training institutions in the world — and I'm an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and have trained with SuperCoach Academy. I work in English and Mandarin, with professionals across Singapore and beyond.
I'm not anxiety-free. I still have sleepless Sunday nights. But I see it now. I can sit with it. And I can let it go. That's what I want to help you do.
